Your privacy is important. To protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used.
This notice applies to all information collected or submitted to xtremline.com (XTREMLINE). On some pages, you can purchase a subscription to XTREMLINE, make requests, and register to receive access and materials. The type of personal information collected at these pages are name, age, email address, gender, etc.
The information collected by XTREMLINE is used solely for the creation and maintenance of your subscription. We do not sell, loan, lease, swap, trade or otherwise disclose your personal data.
We use cleverbridge AG, who will obtain additional information such as your address and credit card data. That information collected by cleverbridge AG is used for the purpose of processing payment of your subscription to XTREMLINE.
You can access all your personally identifiable information that cleverbridge AG collects online and maintain it by logging on to the right user account pages, where the informations was collected. We use this procedure to better safeguard your information. You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information simply by modifying that information online.
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.
While using the XTREMLINE / ProActive eCommerce Client (PeC²), our servers do not store any information about you or your users, their behaviour nor other tracking results. They only push the necessary information to your desktop client or messages from your desktop client to your users. Even the archives, reports, csv etc. are stored on your local machine only.
You assures to have all rights for the submission of data and their publication to the system of XTREMLINE. You agree to save harmless XTREMLINE from all costs, which result from offences against it.

TERMS
By becoming a subscriber of xtremline.com (XTREMLINE) you agree to be bound by this Agreement. This agreement is subject to change by XTREMLINE at any time, and changes are effective upon notice to each Subscriber.
You are granted a license to use the ProActive eCommerce Client (PeC²) and to embed the xtremline code into your web pages when you ordered the service. You may install any number of ProActive eCommerce Client (PeC²) on separate computers. The maximum number of clients that can connect to the xtremline servers at any one time is restricted to the number of licenses purchased.
All intellectual property rights in the ProActive eCommerce Client (PeC²) and the xtremline code are the property of MySysAdmin.De - Peer Dampmann and no rights are granted to you under these terms and conditions other than those in the paragraph above. You agree not to infringe the intellectual property rights of MySysAdmin.De - Peer Dampmann in any way and to notify us immediately if you become aware of any infringement or potential infringement by any third party.

Some or all of the fees and charges may be incurred by the subscriber: subscription fees. The subscriber is responsible for paying periodic subscription fees according to the then-current billing terms. The service is sold on a subscription basis, with the minimum period of 1 month paid for in advance. Subscription fees are nonrefundable.
Unless and until this agreement is canceled in accordance with the terms hereof, subscriber hereby authorizes cleverbridge AG to charge subscriber´s credit card (or other approved facility) to pay for the ongoing cost of subscription.
Subscriber hereby further authorizes cleverbridge AG to charge subscriber´s credit card (or other approved facility) for any and all purchases of products and services provided by XTREMLINE.
Subscription may not be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity. Subscriber must promptly inform XTREMLINE of the following: changes in the expiration date of any credit card used in connection with the service of XTREMLINE; changes in home or billing address; and apparent breaches of security, such as loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use of an ID or password. Until XTREMLINE is notified, by e-mail at of a breach in security, the subscriber will remain liable for any unauthorized use of the service. Upon request, subscribers will be given access to billing records that support charges for use of the service.
Payment for the appropriate services may be made by automatic credit card debit. Subscribers will be automatically renewed for the original term upon expiration, unless XTREMLINE is notified via e-mail, along with your username and password, 48 hours prior to subscription expiration.
Subscription to the service may be terminated at any time, and without cause, by either XTREMLINE or the subscriber upon notification of the other by electronic mail. When termination is requested by a subscriber, subscription fees are not refunded. Subscribers are liable for charges incurred by them until termination of service.
Subscribers are responsible for providing all personal computer and communications equipment necessary to gain access to the Service. Access to and use of the Service is through a combination of an ID and a password. Each Subscriber must keep his password strictly confidential. Remember your password, because for security reasons, XTREMLINE will not release passwords for any reason. Unauthorized access to the service is a breach of this agreement and a violation of law.
Any liability of XTREMLINE including without limitation any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay inoperation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of records, whether for breach of contract, torturous behavior, negligence, or under any other cause or action, shall be strictly limited to the amount paid by.
No warranty is made by XTREMLINE regarding any information, services, or products provided through or in connection with the service, and XTREMLINE and hereby expressly disclaims any and all warranties, including without limitation:
1) any warranties as to the availability, accuracy, or content of information, products, or services;
2) any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
The service enables subscribers to share information with other persons. Subscribers agree not to submit, publish, or display on the service any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, threatening, racially offensive, or illegal material. Transmission of such material that violates any federal, state, or local law, is prohibited and is a breach of this agreement.
XTREMLINE has a zero tolerance policy regarding spam. Any account that we receive a spam report for, or who sends spam with any links to any of our servers will be terminated immediately ´ without notice.
Subscribers are responsible for information they send, or display through the service even if a claim should arise after termination of service.
Notices by XTREMLINE to subscribers may be given by means of electronic messages through the service, by a general posting on the service, or by conventional mail. Notices by subscribers may be given by electronic messages unless otherwise specified in the agreement.

The subscriber hereby warrants and represents that he or she is qualified and competent to enter into this agreement.
All material displayed on xtremline.com is copyrighted by XTREMLINE and may not be copied, redistributed, or downloaded, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of XTREMLINE.
This agreement contains the entire agreement between the subscriber and XTREMLINE regarding the use of the service, and supersedes all prior written and oral understandings and writings, and may only be amended upon notice by XTREMLINE to Subscribers. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, the provisions of this agreement shall survive its termination´s.
